Chocolate PB Protein Balls

comChocolate and peanut butter! Count me in! These make the perfect snack when you are on the go or when you need something to please that sweet tooth😋


Ingredients

  • 6 pitted Medjool dates

  • 1/4 cup rice malt syrup (or liquid sweetener)

  • 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter

  • 1 cup unsalted roasted peanuts

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup Tropeaka Lean Protein Powder

  • 1/8 tsp salt


Method

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor.

  2. Form the mixture into bite-size balls.

  3. To add some crunch, you can roll the balls in crushed peanuts.

  4. Enjoy!


Personal Notes and Tips

  1. I used maple syrup as my liquid sweetener.

  2. I used the salted caramel protein powder from Tropeaka (that was the only one I had at home at the time), but you can use any of them.

  3. I store them in the fridge, but you can also store them in the freezer.
