Ingredients
6 pitted Medjool dates
1/4 cup rice malt syrup (or liquid sweetener)
2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
1 cup unsalted roasted peanuts
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup Tropeaka Lean Protein Powder
1/8 tsp salt
Method
Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor.
Form the mixture into bite-size balls.
To add some crunch, you can roll the balls in crushed peanuts.
Enjoy!
Personal Notes and Tips
I used maple syrup as my liquid sweetener.
I used the salted caramel protein powder from Tropeaka (that was the only one I had at home at the time), but you can use any of them.
I store them in the fridge, but you can also store them in the freezer.
