Accomplishing your goals can be very daunting if you don't trust yourself.
KEY POINTS

Hold yourself accountable
Maintain flexibility
Reward that serves as a motivator and self-appreciation
I like to set up 8 week planners.
At the end of my 8 weeks, I sometimes reward my self with a pair of leggings to reinforce being active and (as someone who is definitely motivated by food!!) a vegan pumpkin bar.
So far this has worked so well for me!! I feel so much more motivated and I have so much more confidence because I know that I can and will accomplish my goals. Whenever I have a day when I feel unfit or unmotivated, I know it is okay because I WILL ACCOMPLISH MY GOALS.
Remember YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH YOUR GOALS!
Self-Growth Printable
You can fill it out daily, or, use it to roughly plan out your week. Not only will it help you stay accountable but it also will remind you that you are working towards achieving my goals.
Usually whenever I complete 8 weeks, I like to reward myself with something that continues encouraging me. For example, when I use it to track my activities/fitness, I would reward myself with a new piece of clothing, going somewhere cool, or a healthy treat!!
You can print it, download it and put it in OneNote so that you can edit it on your computer, make your own version or...
