Salted Caramel Protein Balls

These are my family's favorite protein balls! They are great for if you need a quick snack on the go or if you are craving a sweet treat and want a healthier optionšŸ˜‹



Ingredients


Method

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor.

  • Roll into balls

  • Store in fridge or freezer

  • Enjoy!


Personal Notes and Tips

  • For a liquid sweetener, I use maple syrup, but I know that rice malt syrup and agave is another popular one.

  • If you don't have any almond butter but you do have almonds, you can use my warm roasted almond butter recipe!

  • If you blend them for a very long time it almost becomes more like a spread...which might be something interesting to tryšŸ¤Ŗ
