Warm Roasted Almond Butter

Almond butter is a MUST in my pantry! This recipe is a super quick and simple way to make your own from the comfort of your home.


Ingredients

  • Raw almonds

Optional

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Maple Syrup

  • Vanilla Extract

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 340 degrees F (170 degrees C).

  2. Place the almonds on an oven tray.

  3. Roast the almonds for 10 minutes.

  4. Let them cool for a couple of minutes.

  5. Blend in a high speed food processor or blender until desired consistency.

  6. Store in an airtight container.

  7. Enjoy!


Personal Notes and Tips

  • You can honestly do this for any other nut. You can either buy roasted nuts or raw nuts and then roast them yourself. Make sure when you are buying roasted nuts that the only ingredients are the nut and salt.
